  • The first major of 2020 is finally here.  The Senior/Super Senior Club Championship will be held on September 12 & 13.  The first round will be held on Saturday at Seven Hills Golf Club.  The second round will be held at Hemet Golf Club on Sunday.  This is a two day aggregate score tournament and is flighted.  There are two flights (Senior and Super Senior) and all members participating will be assigned to their flight based on their age as of 9/13/20.  The Senior Flight includes members 50 - 59 years old and the Super Senior Flight is for members 60 years old and older.  All members that fall within the age ranges are eligible to participate.  There will be a 7:30 am shotgun start on Saturday and and 7:00 am shotgun start on Sunday.  Saturday pairings will be assigned by flight and handicap index.  Sunday pairings will be assigned by flight and order of finish on Saturday.  An optional skins game (gross and net skins) will be played for $20.  Junior members (18 - 49) are welcome to play in the skins game on Sunday.

  • The 2020 tournament points leaderboard has been updated through the tournament played on August 30, 2020.  Click here to view the point leaders.

  • The 2020 tournament schedule is being revised on a near weekly basis.  As the Tournament Committee confirms tournaments, the schedule is revised and posted on our website.  Click here to download the most recently revised tournament schedule.

  • As a result of COVID-19, the SCGA took proactive steps to delay membership renewals.  All SCGA memberships with expiration dates between April 13, 2020 and June 30, 2020 will be changed to July 1, 2020. Please note, a golfer who has acted recently to renew a membership would not be impacted by this change, as their membership expiration date now occurs in 2021.  Click here to view the SCGA's Membership Renewal FAQ's.

  • The Tournament Committee is actively working on rescheduling the remaining major championships.  The President's Cup will most likely be a one day event rather than the normal multiple round bracketed tournament.  The Club Championship will continue to be a two day flighted aggregate event with the dates and courses to be determined in the next few weeks.  The Tournament Committee will be meeting to finalized the details of both events in the next few weeks.
