  • The 2018 Club Championship was held on August 18 & 19 at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club.  Michael Ebert shot a two day total of 148 to edge out John Kereki to become the Club Champion.  Michael was also the 2016 Club Champion.  David Pidal and Simi Ugapo tied for third place.  Adam Erard shot an 81 followed up by an 80 to become the First Flight Champion, winning by 11 shots.  Adam is a prior First Flight Champion, winning in 2004.  He was also the 2011 Club Champion.  Dan "The Milkman" Rodriguez took the Second Flight Championship, out pacing the competitors in his flight by 10 shots.  Wayne Johnson placed second followed by David Cole.  Congratulations to the winners!  Click here for the complete Club Championship tournament results.


  • The USGA is overhauling the Rules of Golf.  Major changes will take effect, January 1, 2019.  All Members need to take the time to learn and familiarize themselves with all rule changes.  Click here for a summary of the major rule changes.  The complete Rules of Golf for 2019 can be downloaded by clicking here.  A free USGA Rules of Golf 2019 app is available to download to smartphones (iOS or Android) as well.  Emails will be sent to Members on a regular basis with a link to the USGA website which details each of the rules changes in a series of short videos.


  • The tournament scheduled for Sunday, October 7 at Arrowhead Country Club has been relocated to Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort (Legend Course) in Palm Springs.  The format will remain the same.  There will be a shotgun start at 7:30 am.  Please check in by 7:00 am.  The cost will be $45 per player which includes green fees, cart fee, range balls, breakfast, lunch, and two draft beers or fountain sodas.  If you haven't registered, please contact Tournament Chairman, Doug Owens (909-649-1963 / ddowens929@gmail.com) by Sunday, September 30.


  • ​The final major of 2018 was held at Yucaipa Valley Golf Club on September 22 & 23.  Paul Christianson successfully defended his 2017 Senior Club Championship by shooting a two day total of 155.  Paul was Senior Club Champion in 2011 and 2014 as well.  The 2018 Super Senior Club Champion is David Pidal.  David shot a final round 76 to win by eight shots.  David Stevens took second place followed by Dave Byard.  Congratulations to our Senior and Super Senior Club Champions!  Click here for the complete Senior/Super Senior Club Championship tournament results.


  • The Men's Club is hosting the annual Membership Drive on November 4 at Seven Hills Golf Club in Hemet.  This tournament is funded by the Men's Club to encourage Members to renew their membership and also invite new Members to join.  Now is the time to get those new Members to come see what The Calimesa Men's Golf Club is all about.  The tournament format will be an individual low gross/low net with a Callaway flight for the new Members that don't have a handicap.  There will be a shotgun start at 8:00 am.  Please come early to check in and renew your membership.  Members can join, renew or reinstate memberships by clicking here.  ​​Members that pay online will receive a discount by entering the promo code "ONLINE" during checkout.


  • One of the purposes of this Club is to develop good fellowship.  With that said, the tournament scheduled on October 21 will have random pairings.  This will be a good opportunity for Members that don't know each other to get to know each other.  Additionally, this tournament will be a good time for the newest Members to meet some of the long time Members.
